Sesame oil has traditionally used in Ayurvedic nasya oil formulations due to its warming, grounding & calming effects on the nervous system. This oil is nourishing & creates a wonderful healthy moisture barrier, bringing gentle relief to both dry and irritated and even congested nasal passageways. Sesame oil also has wonderful anti-microbial properties which help to eliminate bad bacteria from our entry way of the nose. This helps to keep our OJAS and immune system balanced.
Gotu Kola is an amazing brain tonic that helps to fight against Alzheimers. Yogis have been known to use this herb to prepare the mind before meditation practice because it helps to balance both the right and left hemispheres of the brain. It helps to rejuvenate our brain cells and helps to give clarity of the mind
Peppermint is cooling in nature and helps to relieve clogged sinuses. It has been know to improve our mood and overall energy. Peppermint helps fight bacterial infections and if used during the day can help to improve our sleep at night.

How to use:
DAILY USE: Place 1-2 drops on clean fingertip & apply into nostril. Or With your head tilted back, place place 1-2 drops inside your nasal passageway and gently breath in. Repeat on opposite side.
